Transitional Planning Services

MedVoc Rehabilitation assists students in establishing result oriented post-secondary goals to assist students from moving from school to post school activities. Services provided are based on individual student's needs, strengths and interests. Assessments and services include: Post-secondary educational planning and goal setting, vocational training, integrated employment, independent living, and community participation. MedVoc Rehabilitation provides transitional services to school districts, state agencies, parents and advocates.

• Attend IEP meetings
